The details of the cards you created can be seen in the "Order History" menu on “My Account”

Your Card details will be available within several hours from you buy it.

To use the card, you will need to call one of our local access numbers. 
You will hear neutral instructions in English.
There are 2 steps for customer:

• Step1: enter the card access code and press the # button.
• Step2: dial the number of the person You wishes to call in international format (00 followed by country code and number: for example to call India dial: 0091123456789) and press the # button.

If you entered an incorrect code during step 1, you will be asked to try again to enter the code.
